Any dispute between the parties to the Agreement or one involving the interpretation of the Agreement or any breach of the Agreement shall be submitted to and decided by arbitration in Texas before the American Arbitration Association, in accordance with the rules then in effect of said Association and the laws of the State of Texas, more specifically New Castle County.
